27-28 May 2025. The training was successfully held on 27–28 May 2025 at Bangi Resort Hotel, facilitated by Prof. Dr. Shamsul Bahri Md Tamrin. The two-day in-person session provided comprehensive hands-on training on identifying and assessing ergonomic risks in the workplace. A total of 28 participants attended, gaining essential knowledge and practical skills aligned with current industry standards. 5 May 2025. Ts. Asyraf Che Doi successfully conducted the training via Zoom and received an excellent response from participants. Organized by HFEM Academy, the full-day session equipped attendees with valuable insights into preparing high-quality, inclusive ERA submissions, emphasizing research classification, diverse representation, and effective reporting strategies. The interactive format, coupled with practical guidance, enabled researchers and academicians to better align their outputs with ERA expectations. 14 May 2025. The online session “Workplace Ergonomics: Trends and Future Innovations”, held on 14 May 2025 and led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dian Darina Indah Daruis, was successfully conducted with strong participation. The session explored emerging trends in ergonomic design, wearable technology, and AI integration in the workplace. Participants gained valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance workplace health and efficiency. Thank you to all who joined and contributed to its success!
26 May 2025. Free webinar, “Creative Trauma Cleansing (CTC),” featuring Dr. Ummi Noor Nazahiah Abdullah aimed to provide valuable knowledge and techniques on creative approaches to trauma cleansing, a topic of increasing importance in promoting well-being and mental health. 30 participants joined the Zoom platform for this webinar in conjunction with National week Training (NTW). Dr. Ummi Noor Nazahiah Abdullah shared her expertise and practical insights on mind-body syndrom and the CTC techniques as simple physical movement to eliminate the stress and trauma during the one-hour session.
27-28 May 2025. HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Macroergonomics Workplace Assessment (MerWA) training on 27–28 May 2025 at its training centre in Seri Kembangan. Facilitated by Shalinda Shafei, the two-day session focused on macroergonomic strategies for industrial hygiene and ergonomics compliance, attracting participants from various industries. The interactive training, which included practical tools, case discussions, and hands-on exercises, was well received and accredited with 10 CEP points. As an HRD Corp claimable program, MerWA continues to support HFEM Academy’s mission to empower ergonomics and ensure workplace safety.
The HSSE Webinar 2025: Road Safety Awareness – Safety on the Road Starts with You! was effectively conducted as an in-house training session via Microsoft Teams, with active participation from Kualiti Alam staff. The session, led by Ts. Dr. Ahmad Khushairy bin Makhtar, provided valuable insights into safe driving practices and emphasized the crucial role of individual responsibility in preventing road incidents.
