30 April 2025. HFEM, in collaboration with PERKESO, successfully conducted the Ergonomics Improvement Support Program (EISP) at Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning Malaysia. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to support industries in managing workplace ergonomics more effectively. The EISP is designed to equip companies with practical knowledge of ergonomic principles, helping them identify risk factors and implement cost-effective improvements and control measures. Through hands-on coaching and real workplace assessments, participants gained valuable insights into enhancing worker safety, comfort, and productivity. We thank Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning Malaysia for their active participation and continued efforts in creating a safer, healthier work environment.
Thank you to all workers across all sectors for your dedication and contributions. Your efforts continue to inspire progress toward safer, healthier, and more ergonomic workplaces. Together, let’s keep building work environments that support well-being, dignity, and safety for all.
