On 1 October, World Mental Health Day is observed with the theme “Access to Services: Mental Health in Crisis and Disaster,” highlighting the importance of accessible mental health support during emergencies such as natural disasters, public health crises, and social conflicts. Crises and disasters not only cause physical harm but also leave deep emotional and psychological impacts on individuals, families, and communities. Therefore, the provision of inclusive, timely, and effective mental health services is crucial to safeguard overall well-being.
