With the direction and support from our society members, we made the decision to host the HFEMC2021 both in virtual and face-to-face sessions due to the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19.

With this decision, we are thrilled to announce a hybrid session of the conference.

SUBMISSION SYSTEM

The submission and review of papers for HFEMC 2021 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair.
This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission.

PUBLICATION

All accepted papers will be published in the following list of journals, and high-quality papers will be considered for inclusion in the Scopus index.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Human Factors & Ergonomics Conference (HFEMC) is a biennial event organized by Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Malaysia (HFEM) with the aim of inviting experts to share their experience and knowledge, expertise, skills, ideas, discuss current challenges and concerns related to HFE and, as a one-stop centre – bring together experts and OSH practitioners from various disciplines.

This year, HFEM is once again organizing a conference together with Ergonomics Product Design Competition (ErgoLympic2021) with one objective to instill the culture of ergonomics innovations and raising the awareness of ergonomics amongst Malaysian, the event highlighted the theme of “Optimization of Performance through Human Factors and Ergonomics’ Innovation and Intervention”.

This HFEMC 2021 is the third of its series, and previous events have been successfully held and combine experts from different countries to share their thoughts and current trends in ergonomics.

HFEMC invites applications from eligible scholars and researchers to join the Editorial Review Board. The application deadline is 30th May 2021. Click Here to join us.

Registered conference participants are entitled to:

  • participation in paper presentations ( presenter/non-presenter)
  • participation in poster presentations (presenter/non-presenter)
  • participation in ErgoLympic 2021 – Ergonomics product design competition
