
HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Protocol for Holistic Mental Health (Physical Session) on 10 July 2026 at HFEM Academy, Seri Kembangan. The half-day session focused on promoting a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, providing participants with practical knowledge and insights to support healthier workplaces and individuals. The session was well received by participants and contributed to HFEM Academy’s ongoing efforts to promote health, wellbeing, and human factors awareness.

HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Mental & Emotional Management at the Workplace online training on 16 July 2026 via Zoom, with around 13 participants joining the session. The one-day training focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of mental and emotional wellbeing in the workplace, providing practical knowledge and approaches to better manage emotional challenges and promote a healthier, more supportive work environment. The programme also provided 5 CEP Points to participants.

HFEM Academy successfully conducted an in-house Safe Handling of Forklift Truck Training on 18 July 2026 at Guper Integrated Logistics Sdn Bhd, Northport Container, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor. The training was specially organised for the company’s staff and focused on safe forklift operation, proper handling practices, workplace hazards, and preventive measures to enhance safety during forklift operations. The session provided participants with practical knowledge and awareness to support a safer and more effective workplace.
HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Ergonomics Risk Assessment Level 2: Advanced training at Bangi Resort Hotel, focusing on practical ergonomic risk assessment methods including REBA, RULA, ROSA, MAC, RAPP, and ART. Led by Dr Ahmad Khushairy, the training provided participants with practical knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and manage ergonomic risks across various workplace activities.




As part of National Training Week (NTW) in conjunction with HRD Corp, HFEM Academy successfully conducted an online Zoom session titled “Summarizing Workplace Mental Health” on 22 July 2026. Led by Dr. Arulkumaran Viapuri, the session was attended by approximately 30 participants and provided valuable insights into workplace mental health, helping participants better understand key issues and approaches to fostering a healthier and more supportive work environment.

On 23 July 2026, HFEM Academy successfully conducted an online Zoom session titled “Integrating Behavioural Safety and Human Performance” in conjunction with National Training Week (NTW) by HRD Corp. The morning session, held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, was led by Dr. Zubairy and attended by around 30 participants, providing valuable insights into behavioural safety and human performance and their role in strengthening workplace safety.

As part of the National Training Week (NTW) by HRD Corp, HFEM Academy organised an online Zoom session titled “Cognitive Ergonomics for Beginners” on 23 July 2026. The afternoon session, held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, was led by Dr. Ummi Noor Nazahiah and attended by approximately 30 participants, offering practical insights into cognitive ergonomics and its importance in creating safer and more effective workplaces.

HFEM Academy conducted an Office Ergonomics session via Zoom Meeting on 27 July 2026, featuring Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Velu Perumal KMW CiDe. The session focused on practical ergonomic awareness and the importance of creating a safer, healthier, and more comfortable office environment. The session was attended by approximately 12 participants, who gained useful insights into applying ergonomic principles in their daily work activities.

HFEM Academy successfully conducted the FREE HFEM Expert Talk: Fundamentals of Electrical & Safety Appliances during the afternoon session on 30 July 2026 via Zoom, with participants joining from various backgrounds. As a free session open to all, the talk introduced the fundamentals of electrical safety and the safe use of electrical appliances. This programme reflects HFEM Academy’s continued commitment to providing an accessible platform for knowledge sharing and promoting greater awareness of safety and wellbeing among the wider community.
HFEM Academy successfully conducted the FREE HFEM Expert Talk: Building an Effective Safety & Health Committee during the morning session on 30 July 2026 via Zoom, with participants joining from various backgrounds. As a free teaser session for the upcoming training, the talk provided an introduction to the importance and key roles of an effective Safety and Health Committee in creating a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace. This programme reflects HFEM Academy’s continued commitment to providing an accessible platform for knowledge sharing among the wider community.
