26 June 2025.HFEM and HFEM Academy organized a special online Yasin Recitation and Doa Selamat session at 9:00 PM via Zoom. This meaningful event was held as part of our collective effort and doa for the recovery of a HFEM Society member who is currently unwell. With heartfelt prayers and spiritual solidarity, the HFEM community came together to show support, compassion, and hope for the member’s healing and well-being.
30 June and 1 July 2025.HFEM Academy held a two-day in-house training and workshop on ISO 14001:2015 Documentation Development with Onduline Building Materials Malaysia. Facilitated by Mr. Irsyad Danish, the session engaged 12 participants in a practical learning experience focused on developing and improving ISO 14001-compliant environmental documentation. The workshop provided valuable insights and hands-on guidance to support Onduline’s commitment to environmental management and regulatory compliance.
26 June 2025. HFEM Academy successfully conducted an in-house training session for Idaman Pharma Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. titled “ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Legal Compliance Monitoring and Internal Audit”, with the participation of 23 staff members. The session was led by Mr. Irsyad Danish, focusing on enhancing understanding and practical skills in legal compliance monitoring and internal auditing in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The training provided a comprehensive and hands-on approach to support the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
25 June 2025.An in-house training session titled “Understanding of Environmental-Related Legal and Other Requirements” was successfully conducted with Idaman Pharma Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., involving 20 participants. The session, led by Mr. Irsyad Danish as the trainer, aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of key environmental legislations, regulatory compliance obligations, and other applicable requirements under Malaysian environmental laws. Tailored to the pharmaceutical manufacturing context, the training provided practical insights to support effective environmental management and legal compliance within the organization.
The NTW Week Webinar Series was successfully conducted in conjunction with NTW Week by HRDC, organized by HFEM Academy. The series featured a dynamic line-up of insightful online sessions covering various aspects of ergonomics, psychology, workplace safety, and health. Held throughout the week, the sessions brought together distinguished speakers who shared their expertise with participants from diverse industries. Each session attracted between 20 to 50 participants, reflecting strong interest and active engagement. The NTW Week webinars not only enriched participants’ knowledge but also encouraged proactive improvements in workplace practices. HFEM Academy extends its sincere appreciation to all speakers and attendees for making the week a truly impactful and inspiring learning experience.
30 June 2025.HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Return to Work Industrial Training on via Zoom, featuring Puan Nur Amirah Ishak, Director of Sea Intervention & Rehabilitation Centre Sdn Bhd, as the lead trainer. The one-day session, held from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, was attended by 12 participants from various industries. The training provided valuable insights into effective return-to-work strategies, focusing on rehabilitation planning, workplace accommodation, and legal considerations. This HRDC-claimable course (SBL-Khas) offered 5 CEP points and received strong engagement from both HFEM members and non-members committed to enhancing workplace reintegration practices.
