An Ergonomic Risk Assessment (ERA) Training for Ergonomics Trained Person (ETP) Level 2 – Advanced was successfully conducted in October 2025 at Bangi Resort Hotel, involving 20 participants. The two-day programme focused on strengthening advanced ergonomic risk assessment competencies through practical application of established methods including REBA, ROSA, MAC, RAPP and ART. Led by Prof. Dr. Shamsul Bahri Md Tamrin, the training combined technical input, hands-on exercises and case discussions to enhance participants’ capability in identifying, evaluating and managing ergonomic risks, supporting effective workplace intervention and continuous professional development.
A two-day Systematic Occupational Health Enhancement Level Programme (SOHELP) under the Systematic Intervention Programme was successfully organised on 28–29 October 2025 at HFEM Academy, Seri Kembangan. The programme, conducted by Dr. Vivien How, aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of systematic approaches in occupational health management and continuous workplace health improvement. The session provided practical insights aligned with industry best practices and supported professional development. The programme also reinforced HFEM’s commitment to strengthening occupational health competencies among professionals through structured and impactful training initiatives.
