MORE IN NOVEMBER FROM HFEM & HFEM ACADEMY

EMS & OSHMS WITH ONSULINE (M) SDN BHD

An Integrated EMS & OSHMS Internal Auditor Training was successfully conducted with Onduline (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. on 3–4 November and 21 November 2025, held at the Onduline office. The programme was facilitated by Mr Irsyad Danish and involved around 15 staff members, focusing on strengthening internal auditing competencies for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Occupational Safety & Health Management Systems (OSHMS) in support of compliance and continual improvement initiatives.

MENTAL HEALTH AT WORKPLACE

A Mental Health at Workplace session was conducted on 10 November 2025 via Zoom Meeting, facilitated by Dr Hafiz Ismail, in conjunction with World Mental Health initiatives. The session was attended by around 12 participants and focused on raising awareness of workplace mental health, practical coping strategies, and the importance of psychological wellbeing in fostering a healthy and productive work environment.

Ergonomics Trained Person (ETP) Level 1 with ROHM Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

An Ergonomic Risk Assessment Training for Ergonomics Trained Person (ETP) Level 1 – Initial was conducted as an in-house training on 11–12 November 2025 with ROHM Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., held in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The programme was facilitated by Dr Ng Yee Guan and focused on building foundational competencies in ergonomic risk assessment to support safer and more effective workplace practices.

Lighting Management at Workplaces

A Lighting Management at Workplaces session was conducted on 12 November 2025 via Zoom Meeting, facilitated by Mr Nik Azrim. The session was attended by around 13 participants and focused on effective lighting management practices, visual comfort, and their impact on safety, health, and productivity at the workplace.
