HFEM Academy successfully conducted the Systematic Occupational Health Enhancement Level Programme (SOHELP) public training under the Systematic Intervention Programme on 26 – 27 August 2025 at HFEM Academy, Seri Kembangan. Facilitated by Dr. Vivien How, the two-day session brought together participants from various industries to enhance their knowledge and skills in occupational health management and systematic intervention strategies. This HRD Corp claimable training also provided participants with 10 CEP points, contributing to their continuous professional development in occupational safety and health.


HFEM Academy successfully conducted an in-house ISO 45001:2018 Documentation Development Training with Onduline Building Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd. on 11–12 August 2025 at the Onduline Training Room, Penang. The two-day program provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills in developing, organizing, and managing documentation in line with ISO 45001:2018 requirements, supporting Onduline’s commitment to strengthening workplace safety and health management systems.
HFEM Academy successfully conducted an in-house ISO 45001:2018 Hazard Identification, Risks Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) Training and Workshop with Onduline Building Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd. on 7–8 August 2025 at the Onduline Training Room, Penang. The two-day program, facilitated by Mr. Irsyad Danish, equipped participants with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control in line with ISO 45001:2018 standards, supporting Onduline’s commitment to enhancing workplace safety and health practices.
HFEM Academy successfully conducted a public online training through Zoom Meeting on Writing Inclusive and Comprehensive Ergonomic Risk Assessment (ERA) Report on 20 August 2025, facilitated by Ts. Asyraf Che Doi. The session equipped participants with practical knowledge and structured approaches to ensure ERA reports are thorough, inclusive, and aligned with professional standards. This training not only enhanced participants’ reporting skills but also strengthened their ability to contribute effectively to workplace ergonomics management.
